These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the xlnszia platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using xlnszia, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users’ data or our infrastructure.
• Monitor endpoints you do not own or are not authorised to monitor.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

4. Monitoring Services

xlnszia provides endpoint monitoring (SSL/TLS expiry, DNS resolution) and alerting. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, monitoring results are provided “as is” and do not guarantee availability or security of your endpoints.

5. Plans and Billing

The service may be offered under Free, Pro and Enterprise plans. Paid features are subject to the terms agreed at purchase. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xlnszia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
